Ingredients
OATS
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) large-flake oats
DAIRY PRODUCTS
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) milk
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) vanilla yogurt
FRUIT & CO.
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) diced apple
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
- 1 pinch each of cinnamon and nutmeg
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in a jar.
- Cover tightly with the lid and shake vigorously.
