Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) of various well-cooked seasoned vegetables
- 2 cups (500 mL) Milk
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain yogourt
- Seasoning of choice
Preparation
- Using pre-cooked vegetables, blend all ingredients together until smooth using hand blender, blender or food processor. Add salt and pepper to taste.
