Lemony Ginger Milk-and-Honey Tea

    In a medium saucepan, bring milk and the other three ingredients to a boil on medium heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour tea into cups using a tea strainer. Serve with honey to taste.

  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) fresh lime leaves or rind of a lime, cut into strips
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) fresh lemongrass, sliced
